Welcome to KingBot ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and Discord bots (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including but not limited to the bot source code, website design, text, graphics, and features, are owned by KingBot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the software.
Using the bot to spam, harass, or abuse other Discord users.
Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

KingBot offers paid subscription plans ("Starter", "Pro", "Premium"). By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable generally, except as required by law or in cases of demonstrable technical failure on our part.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KingBot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
